You can find their quartly magazine in core industry and music shops. pairodime was hired on as e-commerce consultants bridging not only Drupal CMS and e-commerce but realtime QB POS intregration as well. This was quite a challenge, but wow - it came out amazing! Thanks to everyone who worked on this project especially Adam from Ciphent, Josh and Peter from D.T.S., Anton, Paluska and Sandra from Frank151 and Michael from Tarra - great job folks - lets do it again sometime!

When Sounds of the Darkness Meet CAPiTA’s Roaming Eyes

Monday, October 12th, 2009

I really have to hand it to CAPiTA for their push towards their Social Networking intiative. They really pull it off well. They have an internal Blog, Internal Video section which pulls movies in from multiple sources, they have continous dialog on Twitter between riders and fans, their Facebook profile has over 2000 friends, their MySpace page is littered with comments from around the globe and to be hoest - they listen to some killer tunes (no pun intended). So how better to experience this than right on the home page!

The rest of the site is blast too - you should ckeck it out for yoursel. I would post more images, but this one is already over 900 pixels tall and I think you get the point.

Oh and one more thing - it was around 11:30 pm at night when I started adding the Flash dynamics and I nearly tripped myself outediting sound effects and scrapping the edge of paranoia - heres how it went down…

Ephka hit me up with another demented challenge (thanks Eph - love ya buddy) - he’s like - ok here is my thought do what you can with this - I want to see these hovering pyramids with floating eyeballs maybe some lighning and have the teeth rattling then open to real the navigation with a growl and a slight tinge of Terror from the Darkness sounds fading in the background - and I was like oh yeah! Lets Do this!

- enjoy the new site

Oh how I love the smell of a new season! Fresh high grade magnesium heel cups and saddle stitched high backs - how can you go wrong. Draplin, Jesse and I went round table on this beast for weeks now - but the polish is on and damn is it smooth.

Defcon 2009 intro

Defcon Todd and I are planning some major changes and some down right interesting things for Defcon. After the split from C3 Distribution we are revamping our marketing strategies to bring something new and exciting to the table. Watch out for some rabbit holes along the way - I mean for real - watch out - its dark in there.

CAPiTA Microsite Exploits Social Media Campaigns

Tuesday, July 21st, 2009

Blue and I talked about doing a microsite this year to show off some new product and drive more traffic tour Social sites like Twitter and Facebook - hopefully meet some new faces.

In the traditional CAPiTA fashion - the microsite is full of oddities and glorious colors. We took most of the graphics straight from this year’s assets including posters, hang tags and catalog.

Here is a link to the site - notice the URL - fun stuff:
